Boost Your Dating Confidence

The first thing you have to do to boost your dating confidence is to think positively. The world isn’t a bad place or a good place it’s neutral. However if you look on it through rose tinted spectacles all you’ll see is good things. Alternatively if you just look for bad things and only think about how your life sucks that’s all you’ll see. So instead of saying things like ” I’ll never find a boyfriend.”  say ” Today’s going to be a great day whether I meet a man or not.”

Think about how much you love your life even without your man. All the fun stuff you do and all the great friends you have. If you go around thinking about how you’ll never meet a man then your brain will automatically ignore all the possibilities for you to meet men. If however you realize that there are loads of opportunities to meet men then you’ll start meeting them left, right and centre!

The more positive you think about your dating life, the more positive your dating life will be! You’ll also carry yourself with more confidence. Shoulders up, neck high. You’ll take more pride in your appearance as well because you know that you might meet a man any minute. And when you meet a man that doesn’t meet your standards you’ll find it much easier to say ” NEXT!”  

So I hope you understand men just a little bit better now. And remember there are loads of quality guys out there so whatever you do, don’t settle!
