How many girls have dated guys just because they’re nice! I heard this story recently. A friend of a friend was dating a guy purely out of pity. Apparently she went out with him for the better part of six months, but they never went beyond second base. Eventually she had to break it off because he was getting more and more frustrated, but she still wasn’t attracted to him. What a waste of time. When you reject someone it can often hurt them. But if you were going to be rejected would you want it done quickly and sharply in the beginning of the relationship, or six months down the line after you’ve invested a lot more of your time an emotional energy?

In relationships you have to learn the importance of saying….NO!

Just because a man is a good person and interested in you doesn’t mean you should pursue the relationship.

If there is no spark, no attraction it will all end in tears. Or even worse, you could be stuck in a dead end relationship that you hate.

I’m not saying you have to give up on a guy after one date. Often it can be worth a second meeting to have a chance to get to know him a bit more. However you MUST NOT date a guy that you aren’t attracted too. That’s a recipe for disaster. Above all, be honest with him, and be honest with yourself.
