Sounds allot like me lol…i find that trying to occupy myself with something else in the times when im obsessing over what he thinks about me lol is very useful like reading a book i know that might sound boring but reading rlly calms you down and generally puts u in a less aggressive and worrysome mood don’t what ever u do during these times play computer games as they make all guys rlly aggressive and stuff…and more likely to do something stupid
